Our experienced team offer a wide range of tasks related to home repairs, maintenance and improvements. The most requested services generally include hanging a tv, mirror, minor plumbing fixes, painting of ceilings and walls, furniture assembly and custom made storage. SNAGGING AUDIT
Snagging refers to a process of identifying and rectifying any defects or issues in a newly constructed or renovated property. We will conduct a snag inspection prior to handover to the owner or occupant. It is an important step in ensuring that the property is in a satisfactory condition and meets the agreed-upon standards.
We identify the following, if present:
Cosmetic defects
Electrical and plumbing issues
Structural defects
Finishing and Fittings
Insulation and Ventilation
FLOORING, TILE WORK AND HIU SERVICING
Installation of various flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate and vinyl. We also provide HIU and MVHR servicing. Essential in protecting the integrity of the manufacturer's warranty.
VOIDS/EMPTY APARTMENT MANAGEMENT
This is a designated service disseminating and protecting your asset pursuant to legislation with regard to void /empty properties. with the aim of reducing the risk of bacterial growth within the water systems (Ie legionella). This service also seeks to minimise the risk of smells entering your property often due to dry drain traps. Maintenance of properties not yet occupied or between occupation is often deemed necessery when protecting future income for such an important investment. Another vital service we offer is system testing and maintenace recommended to ensure all integrated appliances,heating and cooling systems, ports and sockets are in full working order.
